You can return any item (except FINAL SALE items) in its original condition (for any reason) within 14 days of purchase for either a full refund, or an exchange.
Please include your packing list along with the product. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Just ship it back to us, and we'll refund you for the full price of the item:

HONG KONG CUSTOMERS, e-mail us at email@example.com. Please send it back to us via SF courier and tick pay by receiver.
We'll send your new size / style as soon as we receive your item(s).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS must pay shipping cost for exchanged items. We don't have super-high markups on our products,
and simply can't afford the extra ship cost between countries. Get in touch with us and we'll figure out the lowest cost way to exchange your items!
